NSA Competitive Teams – 2025–2026 Season
NSA is forming U13 and U14 girls’ volleyball teams for the upcoming season.
If your child meets the age and skill requirements, please contact us to schedule an evaluation. Our coaching staff will assess each player’s skill level and eligibility to determine team placement.
NSA teams compete in local leagues and official SCVA tournaments, offering a competitive and supportive environment for athletes to grow and succeed.
Please Note:
– Team membership is only available through coach approval
– Registering for a clinic does not guarantee team placement
NSA Advanced Volleyball Clinics
Open to girls ages 11–14 who want to take their volleyball skills to the next level.
These clinics are ideal for players who:
– Have basic volleyball experience
– Want to improve their technique and court performance
– Are looking to join a team or play at a higher level
Each session focuses on:
Improving game IQ and tactical understanding Positional training and movement High-rep skill development Competitive gameplay and confidence building

Class Schedule:
Thursdays: 5:00 – 6:30 PM
Fridays: 6:10 – 7:40 PM
Sundays: 9:30 – 11:00 AM
